Inclusivity is at the very core of our practice.
We are trained in equality, diversity and inclusivity and strive to keep that training and awareness as up-to-date as possible.
Every client that we work with is different, in terms of their ethnicity, race, colour, gender, sexual orientation and relationship preference, religion/spiritual beliefs, age, ability, neurodiversity, social background and financial situation. These are all aspects of our clients that make them who they are. We respect, value and embrace this diversity.
We hope that our awareness makes us well placed to work with clients from all backgrounds. We also recognise that life is a learning process, and we are always happy to be educated and corrected when we inevitably get it wrong from time to time.
We believe that 'difference' or 'otherness' should never be a barrier to clients accessing the therapy they need. We offer sessions at concessionary rates where appropriate, and our doors are always open to anyone who is finding life a struggle, regardless of background or life situation.
